RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% happy with your Gleam glasses so we offer easy return options!

Please submit the Contact Us form within 14 days of delivery with your request and order number to arrange your exchange or return.

All returns or exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Your return must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of your orders delivery day.
  • All return postage fees are covered by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Once your return has been delivered to us, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be actioned. You will receive an email as soon as this has been processed.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We recommend keeping a record of your return tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for any shipments that go missing without proof of delivery.
  • Prescription glasses are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee
  • Sale/discounted items are non-refundable

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please let us know within 14-days. We'll provide the instructions to ship back the glasses for a replacement or refund.
