Non-Prescription Frames and Accessories
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging.
- Sale, promotional, and clearance items are final sale.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return.
Prescription (Rx) Orders
Because every pair is custom-made to your prescription, Rx orders are final sale once production begins.
- If something isn't right, we'll do one free remake within 30 days of delivery, or store credit instead.
- Cancel before your order is sent to the lab: full refund.
Defects and Quality Issues
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, reach out within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
