First off, I love the glasses. They're very nice and it's essentially what's on the tin. Not much to say other than that because it's entirely what I ordered and expected.
My only downside is that if they experience a delay, they don't really communicate that with you unless you go out of your way to ask them what's the holdup.
Customer service was very helpful once I did actually email them, though it did take about a day for them to reply, which leads me to believe there's pretty few people designated to that task (which makes sense, small business).
I even got my glasses shipped out and recieved earlier than their estimated updated time was, so that's also a bonus but that might also be because I lived somewhat close to them at the time so it had less distance to travel.
I already expected glasses of any kind, especially prescription, to take a while to be made and shipped, so my only concern was the unknown delay they had run into during a holiday weekend, but that was cleared up very quickly and everything went fine afterwards.
Patience is a virtue, especially when you're ordering something that isn't very standard or easily made.
